Founded in 1976, our members are drawn from all over the Cumberland District (Smithfield, Fairfield, Cabramatta and Liverpool). We are a member of the Philatelic Association of NSW Inc. (Philas).
We meet at the Brenan Park Community Hall at Smithfield on the 2nd Monday of each month. We have around 40 members with a regular attendance of 15 – 20 per month. Our monthly sale by tender is very popular with buyers and sellers, as we do not charge commissions.
A “Members Choice” competition judging 6+pages are held three times per year. Our December competition, “The Alex Marks Memorial Shield” is dedicated to one of our founders, Mr Alex Marks.
Our monthly meetings include a raffle for a stamp album, stock book or philatelic accessories
The attendance raffle is for an Australia Post Year Book awarded at the December meeting.
Sponsorship to financial members (after a qualifying period) is offered for entry for state or national exhibitions to the Bronze level.
The Philas Crown Agents collection is accessible through Philas.
Don't forget to visit our Photo Gallery.
